Shipping & Returns

FULL PRICE Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order for a full refund. Refunds will only be given back to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached (if applicable).  Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shoes must be returned in their original bag and placed inside an additional shipping box/bag. 

SALE PRICED Merchandise can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within 7 days of purchase..  CLEARANCE AND THE $10 RACK merchandise is FINAL SALE - No Return, No Exchange and Sold as Is.

Exchange Instructions

Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have processed your exchange. A full refund will be given for the original item once we have received it and processed your return.

Shipping Methods

Free Shipping (USA): Enjoy FREE Shipping with orders over $50! Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed.  Once they are processed they will ship out USPS.  There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday and/or exceptions beyond our control.

Next Day Shipping: Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day.  Orders placed after 3pm or on the weekend will ship the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. There may be additional delays due to weather, holidays and the USPS beyond our control.  All Next day orders must ship to an US physical address.  No post office box addresses. Next Shipping Charges $22.00
