Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • Free Shipping (USA): Enjoy FREE Shipping with orders over $100! Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed.  Once they are processed they will ship out USPS.  There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday and/or exceptions beyond our control.

  • Next Day Shipping: Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day.  Orders placed after 3pm or on the weekend will ship the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. There may be additional delays due to weather, holidays and the USPS beyond our control.  All Next day orders must ship to an US physical address.  No post office box addresses. Next Shipping Charges $30.00

    2nd Day Shipping: Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are received and you will receive them within 2 business days.  Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day.  Delivery time does not include weekends.  There may be additional delays due to weather, holidays and the USPS beyond our control. 2nd Day Shipping Charges $25.00

  • Free Local Pickup is available in Peru IN ( choose option at checkout.)

Returns:

  • We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please check our return policy below!
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains will be refused and returned to you.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original bag and placed inside an additional shipping box/bag. 
  • Sale/clearance and $10 rack items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Place your items to be returned in shipping safe package and Include Your Original Receipt and return to the address below.  You are responsible for tracking your package return.  Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.  You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Exchange Policy:

  • Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have processed your exchange. A full refund will be given for the original item once we have received it and processed your return.
